Do you work on a fixed budget?
Not for the Blueprint. The commercial sense-check and rough operating model are included in every engagement. Detailed production budgeting sits with whoever is executing the work — that's a different discipline, and conflating the two is usually where strategies start to lose credibility.
Where should we start?

How quickly can we begin?
Confirmed on the fit call. Kickoff follows invoice. Most engagements begin within a week of confirmation.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Current and recent engagements span UK, USA, KSA, EU, and Italy. Remote is the default. Travel is available where the brief requires it and the scope supports it.
